Acme Capital
A walkthrough of the lending platform we build — shown on a fictional private-credit fund so you can drive it live.
Acme CapitalPrivate credit
Acme Capital is a private real-estate debt fund writing senior and stretch facilities for property developers. Two things slowed the team down: preparing credit documents by hand for every deal, and piecing together a portfolio view across spreadsheets and their deal system.
We built a platform that reads the borrower’s financial model, extracts the deal terms and drafts the documents, and a dashboard that gives the whole loan book in one live view. Explore both below.
Hours of document prep → seconds
Zero re-keying of deal terms
One source of truth for the book
Live
Document Generation
Load a borrower's financial model and watch the platform extract every deal term and draft the credit documents — facility term sheet, credit memo and valuation pack — in seconds.
- Reads the financial model
- Every term extracted with its source
- One-click document drafts
Live
Lending Dashboard
A single live view of the whole loan book — committed capital, pipeline, LVR, IRR and maturities — pulled together from the systems the team already uses.
- Portfolio KPIs & pipeline funnel
- Exposure by state, asset & fund
- Filterable deal grid
Soon
Investor Relations
Automated investor reporting and distribution statements, generated from the same deal data — coming to this demo soon.
- Investor statements
- Distribution runs
- Portal-ready exports
Tip: the two demos share one data set. The Sterling Ridge deal you draft documents for shows up in the dashboard pipeline at IC approval — so you can walk a deal from model to documents to the live book.
Acme Capital and all borrowers, figures and documents shown are fictional and generated for demonstration only.
