Westmere Commercial

A walkthrough of the invoice-processing pipeline we build, shown on a fictional commercial-property manager so you can drive it live.

Westmere CommercialCommercial Property Management

Westmere manages a large book of commercial properties, and every one generates a steady stream of outgoings invoices — water, energy, council rates, owners-corporation levies, fire, cleaning, waste. The accounts team was opening each email, re-keying the figures, working out which property and manager it belonged to, and filing it into the trust system by hand.

We built Conduit: it reads every invoice the moment it arrives, extracts the figures with OCR and an LLM, matches it to the right property, and routes it onto a board for the manager to approve — then bundles each manager's invoices for the trust system. Explore the three surfaces below.

Re-keying every invoice → automated

Right property, right manager, every time

Tip: the three surfaces share one data set. The 312 Camberwell Road water invoice you process on the board is the same one you inspect in the extraction console and approve in PM review — follow it from inbox to trust upload.
